Thai Omelette with Crab


4 eggs
100 grams crab meat
1 chopped spring onions
(optional amount) Vegetable Oil
1 tablespoon Golden Mountain seasoning sauce
(optional amount) Sriraja Panich chili sauce


Fry pot (small size) for omelet


1. Prepare a bowl. Beat eggs. Add Golden Mountain seasoning sauce, crab meat, chopped spring onions and blend them together.

2. Pour vegetable oil into the fry pot. Use medium heat until the oil is hot. Pour in egg mixture and fry until golden (about 2 minutes per side). Pick it up from the fry pot and leave to drain.

3. Serve it with Sriraja Panich chili sauce
