Directions: Spaghetti
1. Put water, olive oil and salt into the pot. Heat it until boiled and put spaghetti into the pot. Stir it to prevent it from sticking with the pot. Then, boil until cooked.
2. Pour it on the colander. Pour olive oil into spaghetti to prevent it from sticking together. Put boiled spaghetti in a plate.

250 grams | ground beef |
1 | egg |
½ teaspoon | ground pepper |
1 tablespoon | wheat flour |
1 tablespoon | tapioca flour or corn flour |
(optional amount) | Dried oregano |
1/3 bowl | water |
1 tablespoon | olive oil |
Directions: Meatballs
1. Put ground beef, egg, ground pepper, wheat flour, tapioca flour or corn flour and dried oregano into a mixing bowl. Mix them all well together and roll it into balls.
2. Heat the pan. Put butter and olive oil into the pan. Then, add ground beef and fry it until cooked.

½ bowl | chopped tomatoes |
1 tablespoon | garlic |
5 tablespoons | Sriraja Panich chili sauce |
1 tablespoon | Golden Mountain seasoning sauce |
½ bowl | water |
1 teaspoon | salt |
Directions: spaghetti sauce
1. Chop tomatoes, onions and garlic.
2. Heat the pan. Pour olive oil into the pan and wait until hot. Put chopped onions and garlic into the pan and stir-fry it until it smells good.
3. Season it with Sriraja Panich chili sauce, Golden Mountain seasoning sauce and salt. Sprinkle oregano and mix them all well together. Put the meatballs followed by water. Simmer it for a while before turning off the heat. Pour it on top of boiled spaghetti before serving.
