Rib-eye Steak


500 grams Rib eye beef (2 inch thick)
2 tablespoons Golden Mountain oyster sauce
2 tablespoons Golden Mountain seasoning sauce (green cap)
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 teaspoon pepper
1 teaspoon butter (for grilling steak)
Vegetable salad


1. Pound the beef and marinate it with Golden Mountain seasoning sauce (green cap), olive oil and pepper for one hour in order to soften the beef.

2. Grill the beef in the pan in medium heat. Add a little bit of butter and grill it until medium. Serve it with vegetable salad, toasted whole wheat bread and Sriraja Panich chili sauce.
