|500 grams||Rib eye beef (2 inch thick)|
|2 tablespoons||Golden Mountain oyster sauce|
|2 tablespoons||Golden Mountain seasoning sauce (green cap)|
|1 tablespoon||olive oil|
|1 teaspoon||butter (for grilling steak)|
1. Pound the beef and marinate it with Golden Mountain seasoning sauce (green cap), olive oil and pepper for one hour in order to soften the beef.
2. Grill the beef in the pan in medium heat. Add a little bit of butter and grill it until medium. Serve it with vegetable salad, toasted whole wheat bread and Sriraja Panich chili sauce.
